Based on first-hand professional knowledge & experience: 'pasteurized' milk far outweighs the critical dangers Raw Milk presents - imagine zero gov. control & tracking. However, 'ultra pasteurized' milk, & its by-products are much safer from increased risk of becoming contaminated after the pasteurization process.

QC Inspection?

To add further insult to injury, there are >consumers drinking Raw Milk!

Recently, Clover Hill Dairy which uses 'pasteurized milk' in its by-products had to recall all its cheese because people were stricken by the deadly outbreak of 'listeria monocytogenes' - many people were hospitalized & one reported death.

We ask the question, Why?

Usually improper or ineffective QC! ‘Pasteurized’ milk isn't ‘sterilized’ as 'ultra pasteurized' milk; therefore, it can & will easily become contaminated after the process, through ineffective QC or handling, causing bacteria to develop & multiply.

Therefore, imagine the increased number of consumers drinking Raw Milk! Notwithstanding, the current CDC no longer track Raw Milk which is significantly more susceptible to bacterial contamination with the dangerous & deadly Listeria, than either pasturized or ultra-pasturized milk
